What we collect and why
We collect your email, optional name, whether you are signing up as an artist or collector/client, how you heard about Spoluna, confirmation that you have read this notice, and any optional WhatsApp/Viber, mobile number, Messenger/IG handle, portfolio link, or qualification details you choose to give. Qualification answers can describe your creative work, record-keeping, experiences of unauthorized use, product-testing interest, price preference, and interview interest.
We use this information to manage early access, understand creator needs, and contact you about availability or an interview you expressed interest in. Interview interest does not authorize unrelated marketing. Any future marketing consent must be requested separately.
Storage and processing
Signup information is stored in a private Google Sheet. A request identifier, submission time, normalized email, notice version, source page and registration status are stored with the answers. Your information will be treated as confidential, and access will be restricted to authorized operators who need it for the purposes described in this notice.
Google reCAPTCHA v3 processes browser and interaction information to assess abuse. Its badge is shown on the live signup form. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
A temporary in-memory counter keyed by normalized email is used for basic rate limiting after successful reCAPTCHA verification. It expires after ten minutes and is cleared whenever the application process restarts. Raw IP addresses, user agents and reCAPTCHA tokens are not stored in the signup sheet or application logs.

Retention and deletion
Retention period: December 31, 2026. Unless you request deletion sooner, signup information will be kept until this date and then deleted.
You may request deletion of your personal data by emailing admin.spoluna@gmail.com. We may ask for information needed to verify that the request relates to you before completing it.
